Manchester Netball Tour - 2 Nights
Experience an exciting 2-night tour in Manchester. This tour features a self-led training session, two friendly fixtures against well-matched local opposition and opportunities to explore.
Off the court, players will discover Manchester on a tour and watch a game at the Thunderdome, Belle Vue Sports Village, Manchester (subject to dates), home of the AO Thunder netball team, to experience the city’s professional netball culture.

Full Itinerary (Example):
DAY 1:
- Arrive in Manchester, where you will be greeted by an expert Smile representative.
- Transfer to your accommodation and check in.
- Head to your first self-led training session at a local sports facility.
- Spend the rest of the day at leisure.
- Have dinner and enjoy a well-earned rest ahead of the days to come.
DAY 2:
- Enjoy breakfast at your accommodation.
- Transfer to your first fixture against well-matched local opposition (MATCH DAY 1).
- Refuel with a picnic lunch after your fixture.
- Spend the rest of the day at leisure.
- Return to your accommodation for dinner and a relaxing evening.
DAY 3:
- Enjoy breakfast at your accommodation before checking out.
- Transfer to your final fixture against well-matched local opposition (MATCH DAY 2).
- Refuel with a picnic lunch after your fixture.
- Spend the day on a guided sightseeing tour of Manchester, with time to watch a game at the Thunderdome, home of AO Thunder (subject to dates).
- Spend the day at leisure before transferring back to your point of origin under your own arrangements.
Package Includes
- 2 nights' accommodation at YHA Manchester or similar on a full-board basis.
- X2 fixtures with well-matched oppositions with X1 self-led training session.
- Picnic lunch after every fixture.
- Watch a game at the Thunderdome, home of AO Thunder (subject to dates).
- Services of a local Smile representative in Manchester.
A minimum of 2 nights' on a full-board basis (additional nights are available on request).
A minimum of 20 players in multi-bedded rooms (3 staff FOC in twin room).
Transport: Self-drive – groups are responsible for their own transport to and from matches, training sessions and excursions.
Manchester is also an excellent destination for multi-sports tours, with opportunities to include rugby, football and other sporting activities.
